Style: Red wine – Full bodied, fruity with structure
Tasting Note: Interesting herbaceous aromas, the palate is broad with lots of sweet red fruit flavours such as plum, hint of vanilla and cedar. Well balanced with a good structure leading to a lovely long finish. A classic Bordeaux blend.
Grape: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot.
Food pairing: Serve with your favourite pizza. Beef, lamb or venison.
