Style: Champagne, Blanc de Blancs dry and invigorating
Tasting Note: Precise and pure, with citrus, floral and orchard fruit aromas. The palate is lovely, minerally and pure providing a long crisp refreshing slightly nutty finish, very drinkable indeed! A wonderful Grower Champagne that really shows the terroir of Cuis in the heart of the Côte des Blancs.

Pierre Gimonnet was succeeded by his son Michel.

An immaculate blanc de blancs (100% chardonnay) champagne, arrow-like in its precision and focus, with an invigorating sourness and gentle touch of white blossom.

Delicate texture but some autolysis on the nose. Real savour and refreshment. Beginning, middle and end to this proper wine – very much more interesting than many champagnes at the same price.

Aromatic, with apple blossom and ripe fruit notes, this well-cut blanc de blancs shows a chalky underpinning, layered with flavors of glazed nectarine, toasted almond and candied ginger. Long and creamy on the finish. Drink now through 2020. 800 cases imported.
